SAVING PUB MED ARTICLES
How do I save a list of the PUB MED articles that I’m interested in?
After you do a search, Pub Med gives you a choice as to what you want to do with the results. As a default, Pub Med saves all your searches for 8 hours on what it calls the CLIPBOARD. But, if you want
a more permanent record of the results, you’ll have to do something more definitive.
As an example, let’s do a basic search on colon cancer:

Click on GO and you’ll get a list of results which aren’t listed here.
Notice Send to in the box to the right.

Now click on Send to and you’ll see:
Text
File
Printer
Clipboard
Email
RSS Feed
Order
You can save the results to a file by selecting File, email them to yourself by selecting Email, print them by selecting Printer etc.
Order allows you to actually order entire articles online. There is usually a charge for this service.
